Sarta C. (1/5)

Good value for money

"Indispensable tool for bridging the diameter difference between the TL FC25 tool and my SM BBR-60 bottom bracket. Not very easy to remove after tightening when using a socket and torque wrench."

Chris-Pm (5/5)

Does the job

"Ideally, you don't need it, but it does the job".

Samme43 (3/5)

Indispensable for smaller, newer bowls

"Effective for tightening bottom bracket cups".

Patroc10 (5/5)

Probably best to buy the special socket

"OK for occasional DIYers - Plastic isn't fantastic"

Turbofred (3/5)

A little fragile

"OK, but such a key is already delivered with the pedalboard . . and a bit fragile (plastic material )"

Jfs33 (4/5)

To be seen in use

"Key for bb60 bottom bracket, a little tricky to put on the metal key, then use carefully so as not to damage it."

Luratm56 (4/5)

Practical but plastic tool.

"This plastic tool comes in handy for disassembling and reassembling my Shimano 105 bottom bracket. Be careful though, it's made of plastic. In my case, the bike had been factory-assembled with paint on the threads and the bottom bracket was abnormally stuck. On my first attempt to dismantle it, nothing moved. I used more force and the gearbox started to turn, but all the teeth on the tool broke off. I then bought 3 identical tools. Finally, with just one, I was able to finish disassembling both sides and reassemble the whole thing. I still find it fragile."

Did the job

"Used only once. Did the job, but the tool is too fragile for intensive use. The advantage of the plastic material is that it doesn't mark the case."

Jmarc47 (3/5)

Does its part

"Used to mount my new bottom bracket. It served its purpose perfectly and didn't seem too fragile to me. I'll see over time how well the plastic holds up during regular maintenance."
