Developed and tested in collaboration with Greg Minnaar, the MAXXIS Assegai 27.5x2.60" tyre Exo takes its name from a spear used by the Zulu people of South Africa. It is therefore the perfect weapon to conquer the mountains.
Promoting traction, this tyre features large block side knobs offering excellent grip in roots. Its dual compound rubber blend and the orientation of its knobs improve both rolling efficiency and braking performance.
In this Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, this tyre also features an Exo sidewall casing providing enhanced protection against abrasion and tearing.
