Description
The MAXXIS DISSECTOR Gen 2 tire returns for 2025 with major improvements for optimum control, precise cornering and efficient braking. Its new side lugs offer a wider surface, guaranteeing grip and stability on hard terrain, while the split center lugs improve traction and ground compliance.
Ideal as a front tire for trail mountain bikes from 130 to 140 mm, or as a fast rear tire for setups of 150 mm and over, the Dissector Gen 2 excels on dry, technical terrain. Outwardly offset transition lugs ensure smooth cornering, and it pairs perfectly with Forekaster or Rekon tires for optimum balance.
Available in Dual, 3C MaxxTerra or 3C MaxxGrip compounds, with EXO, EXO+ or DoubleDown casings, the tire is Tubeless Ready and recommended for dry, hard and rocky terrain. Use a 30-35 mm rim for maximum performance.
