MAXXIS FOREKASTER 27.5x2.40 Exo 3C tire MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready Soft

Designed for XC practice and for All Mountainthe MAXXIS Forekaster 27.5x2.40 Exo 3C tire MaxxTerra Tubeless Ready will perform particularly well on muddy and wet terrain.

Its design combines pronounced lateral studs for excellent grip and ultra-efficient braking, with widely-spaced mid-high studs in the tread for optimum mud evacuation.

Perfect for competition, the Forekaster is built around a soft 120 tpi carcass, with a triple tread compound. 3C MaxxSpeedtread compound, offering an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than the MaxxSpeed and superior performance to the MaxxGrip. Three types of rubber are used: a hard underlay and two softer rubber surfaces, particularly on the sides, to ensure better grip for the side studs.

In this version Tubeless Ready version, which can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the MAXXIS Forekaster tire also features Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls for enhanced protection against abrasion and tearing.
