Description

Dedicated to aggressive riders, the MAXXIS Minion DHR II 27.5x2.30 Exo Tubeless Ready 3C tyre with folding bead is designed for Enduro/Freeride competition on dry to loose terrain.

Completely redesigned, it offers further improved performance in acceleration, cornering and braking. The wide side knobs make it easy to initiate a turn, while the denser grooved centre tread guarantees excellent control. The MaxxTerra Triple Compound rubber blend offers an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than MaxxSpeed, and a higher efficiency than MaxxGrip.

In this Tubeless Ready version that can be fitted with or without an inner tube, the MAXXIS Minion DHR II tyre also features the Exo reinforcement on the sidewalls for increased protection against abrasion and tearing.
Ideal at the rear, it can be combined with the DHF at the front for incredible efficiency.

Good grip

"Versatile tire offering good grip in the forest, as well as a good surface for passing over muddy paths."

Dora-782 (5/5)

Not compatible with my rim.

"A tire recommended by friends but which I unfortunately never managed to slam on my rim. Too much thickness at the bead core because of the reinforced sidewalls? It's a mystery. I bought a Hutchinson Gilo tire in 2.25 and it slammed nickel... ."

Marie-Julienne (3/5)

Perfect on Rocaille

"What a grip! Night and day compared to my Hutchinson Taipan."

Mich34 (4/5)

Perfect for Enduro!

"Not super rolling when pedaling without being really penalizing , this tire is perfect for the practice of Enduro engaged, with very good grip and a very good grip on braking ."

Bilou (5/5)

Very satisfied

"Good grip and durable tire. I recommend this tire"

Brienz (5/5)

A tire with great grip on all terrains

"Paired with a MAXXIS High Roller II in front, it works wonders, but it should soon be paired with a MAXXIS MINION DHF for the ultimate duo! Super grip on gravel, rocky slabs, garrigue soil, and not too bad on greasy surfaces... and above all, super handling in corners... . At the top, at the PBS price".
