Description
Dedicated to aggressive riders, the tire MAXXIS Minion DHR II 29x2.40WT Downhill 2-Ply 3C MaxxTerra soft bead is designed for Descente on dry to loose terrain. In this Wide Trail (WT) version is optimized for rims 30 to 35 mm wide.
Completely redesigned, it offers even better performance under acceleration, cornering and braking. For example, the wide side blocks make cornering easier, while the denser grooved center band offers greater efficiency and control.
The DH carcass is lined and reinforced with a butyl insert for enhanced protection and increased sidewall stiffness. Triple tread compound MaxxTerra tread compound offers an excellent compromise with better traction and more grip than the MaxxSpeed and better performance than MaxxGrip.
This version features the Exo+ reinforcement, which combines Exo and SilkShield reinforcements for total protection against abrasion and tearing, and can be fitted with or without an inner tube.
