From the brand's Gravel/Adventure range, the MAXXIS RE-FUSE Tubeless Ready tyre is a comfortable, efficient and durable model for your off-road rides on a gravel bike or MTB. This high-volume tyre supports Tubeless Ready mounting, without an inner tube, using sealant.
It is a derivative of the road Re-Fuse tyre, sharing most of its key characteristics, such as the ribbed, knurled surface that provides good grip in all conditions while maintaining rolling efficiency. It also integrates MaxxShield puncture protection, which combines a SilkShield bead-to-bead casing and a K2 Kevlar reinforcement under the tread.
It uses a Dual Compound rubber, with a hard compound on the tread for rolling efficiency and a softer compound on the sidewalls to improve cornering grip. .
