Description

Developed with the best riders Enduro like Jérôme Clementz, Nicolas Vouilloz and Rémy Absalon, the tire MICHELIN Wild Enduro Front Competition Line Gum-X3D 29x2,40 is a specific model for the front.

In this version, it features the Gum-X3D tread compound with lower stiffness for better trajectory control and excellent terrain versatility, both in summer and winter.
What's more, the design of the studs has been studied for greater progressiveness and maximum grip under braking.
Last but not least, the Gravity Shield 3x60 TPI carcass is light and robust, making it ideal for very committed riding, while the high-density reinforcements ensure maximum robustness.

An ideal front model for mixed and soft terrain.

bravo michelin

"super tire ,stability , cornering , braking ,all five stars , a bit heavy to mount but it's made for going downhill"

Paul (5/5)

Grippy tire, soft/fragile casing

"Top grip with the GUM-X3D (what must it be like with the MAGIC. . . ) Average durability, of course. (see photo of the front tire, it's the same for the rear, the rubber comes off in chips) I don't think the casing is good enough for enduro racing. For the record, I pinched with 2 bars for 80kg (after the fact, I found Michelin's pressure recommendations on their website, and they recommend 2.5 bars for enduro!) So either you follow Michelin's recommendations and hope that they still grip as well and pinch more, or you need to rethink the casings. On the aesthetic side, the markings are smudged, it's ugly, too bad."

Nono. V. (3/5)

Perfect!

"Very good grip, both in bike park and trail enduro. I've been riding it every day for a month now and there's nothing to say about wear so far."

Calla73 (5/5)

top tire

"really top-notch grip. Used on stony, sandy and rocky terrain: impressive. With the Wild Enduro rear, it's hard to beat it."

Hamsterdardeche (5/5)

okay so far

"Still little used and I'm an enduro novice but so far, very good grip, only stalled once in very soft mud. Scotches a little when pedaling (and even then only on asphalt) but it's not a real worry at the front."

Lolorsv (5/5)

very good enduro/AM tire

"Good lateral grip even on wet terrain. One of the few tires I've used that doesn't stall on wet rocks."

Momo34 (5/5)

At the top!

"Grip in any condition! I'm completely satisfied with these tires!"
