Mono 12V ROTOR Q-RING Shimano SLX / XT / XTR Direct Mount chainring

The 12V ROTOR Q-Rings Direct Mount mono chainring is designed for cyclists used to oval chainrings, which require a particular pedaling technique. Perfect for Gravel and Cyclocross, this chainring is also suitable for any rider wishing to improve their pedaling technique.

Thanks to their special oval shape (12.5% ovality), they reduce the dead-center effect when the cranks are perpendicular. Power transmission is also improved when the cranks are parallel to the road, in the position most favorable to the rider's thrust. 

The advantage of this ROTOR Q-Rings chainring is that it can be mounted directly, saving on the need for a spider and screws and bolts. This reduces weight and makes assembly easier, without compromising material durability. It is made from heat-treated 7075-T6 aluminum and very carefully CNC-machined. The design of the teeth is also optimized to ensure the best possible chain retention.

Last but not least, this ROTOR chainring features OCP (Optimum Chainring Position) technology, which allows the rider to fine-tune the position of the chainring - in one-degree increments - to best suit his or her particular pedaling gesture and feel.
