This WOLF TOOTH 12V SHIMANO Mono chainring is designed specifically for the latest generation of Shimano cranksets (XTR, XT, SLX and Deore) using the Direct Mount system. It combines the robustness of American machining with full compatibility with Japanese chain technologies.
The special feature of this model is its Drop-Stop® ST tooth profile. Unlike standard chainrings, it is sculpted to perfectly match the internal shape of Shimano Hyperglide+ (HG+) chains. Not only does this guarantee exceptional chain retention without derailleurs, it also ensures that the chain runs as quietly and shifts as smoothly as the original equipment.
