INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

2/ The cream can also be applied to the insert of your cycling shorts for extra protection and comfort.
3/ It can also be used as an effective moisturizer on any areas of skin that might be dry or chapped from exposure to the elements.
4/ The cream washes off skin and shorts after use with just soap and water. It's also ideal for runners, hikers and all athletes who suffer from chafing.
