DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1/ Generously apply the cream to areas of your skin that could be a point of contact for friction before riding.
2/ The cream can also be applied to the insert of your cycling shorts for additional protection and comfort.
3/ It can also be used as an effective moisturiser on any areas of skin that may be dry or chapped from exposure to the elements.
4/ The cream washes off skin and shorts after use with just soap and water. It is also ideal for runners, hikers and all athletes who suffer from chafing.
