Description

The FORMULA Cura 4 brake is an evolution of the Cura model: even more powerful, it is perfect for demanding DH/Enduro riding!

This Cura 4 brake retains some of the strengths seen on the original Cura, such as the axial design of the master cylinder. The ergonomic lever is made from forged aluminium. It offers a secure grip and effective action, with excellent feel and modulation. The reservoir layout and hydraulic circuit inlet also simplify bleeding of the mineral fluid.

The two-piece forged and anodised aluminium caliper incorporates 4 18 mm pistons, providing an optimised contact area on the rotor, enabling exceptional braking power.

The Cura 4 Kashima benefits from Formula's extensive experience with the renowned Miyaki Kashima Coat® treatment, already proven for years on high-end suspension components. Applied to the master-cylinder piston in their factory in Japan, this exclusive finish reduces friction, providing an even lighter, smoother and more consistent lever feel in all conditions.
