The SHIMANO XTR M9200 XC 2-piston brakes are designed to offer power, lightness and reliability to demanding cross-country riders. Elegant and sleek, the BL-M9200 lever fits perfectly on a top-of-the-range competition mountain bike. Coupled with the BR-M9200 caliper, it delivers balanced, progressive braking, capable of adapting to all types of terrain, even the most technical.

Thanks to an ultra-light construction combining a carbon lever body and magnesium master cylinder, this system minimizes weight without compromising performance. The new caliper also uses a magnesium body and heat-resistant resin pistons, for consistent control even during intense braking.Low-viscosity mineral brake fluid ensures stable power in all conditions.

Versatile, the M9200 caliper combined with the BL-M9220 lever provides the perfect balance of power and lightness for more challenging terrain. What's more, its optimized mounting system and new pads eliminate parasitic noise, guaranteeing quiet, precise operation on every ride.
