The THULE SHIELD Inlock 22 L Pair of Luggage Rack / Backpacks is designed for seamless mobility between cycling and everyday life. This convertible model transitions easily from rack to back thanks to a hardware-free design and retractable shoulder straps, offering comfortable, practical carrying during urban commutes or regular trips.

Protection is assured by IPX4 rating, with durable materials, reinforced closure and welded seams, effectively protecting contents from rain and spray. The InLock system enables fast, secure attachment to the luggage rack, eliminating vibrations and making it easy to put the bag on or take it off in seconds.

Internal organization includes a padded compartment for laptops up to 16" and a water-resistant exterior pocket for quick access. Made from phthalate-free laminated 420D nylon, this bag combines strength, lightness and versatility to accompany daily commutes as well as cycling adventures.
