RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
• Preparation of the mixture: Dissolve 33 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 500 ml of water
• General hydration strategy for activities> 60 minutes:
Drink approx. 200 - 300 ml in the hour before exercise
Drink 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise
• ISOACTIVE also contributes to your carbohydrate needs with 29 g per bottle. During exercise you should consume up to 90 g of carbohydrates depending on intensity and duration.
