RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
- Mixture preparation: Dissolve 33 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 500 ml water.
- General hydration strategy for activities > 60 minutes:
Drink approx. 200 - 300 ml in the hour before exercise
Drink 150 - 200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise
- ISOACTIVE also contributes to your carbohydrate requirements with 29 g per bottle. During exercise, you should consume up to 90 g of carbohydrates, depending on intensity and duration.
