During exercise you lose water and electrolytes through perspiration. At the same time, your body also needs electrolytes and carbohydrates to absorb water quickly and maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise. It is to meet these needs that POWERBAR developed the POWERBAR ISOMAX Energy Drink (1200 g).

This contains both the five electrolytes (sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium and calcium) in the proportions lost through perspiration, a blend of two C2MAX carbohydrate sources containing a special ratio of glucose and fructose sources, 75 mg of caffeine per serving to increase concentration capacity, and 400 mg of L-arginine per serving to provide you with a rapidly available protein building block.
