The Recovery Drink POWERBAR RECOVERY MAX (1144gr) is ideal after sport. It combines high-glycemic carbohydrates to recharge your batteries (glycogen stores) with proteins to maintain muscle mass.

It also provides a little zinc to support immune system function, and magnesium against fatigue.
On the other hand, it contains no artificial flavours, preservatives, sweeteners, stabilizers, thickeners or antioxidant vitamins. Several recent studies have shown that these may prevent your body from adapting to training.
