Good quality but beware of compatibility

"Good quality but beware of compatibility. Having replaced my XT crankset with a downhill truvativ I wanted to avoid big gouges but these protectors don't fit on it, they don't go far enough and the holes don't line up, they are nevertheless compatible with XT cranks. They'd have to be re-cut to fit. I'll try with the Zefal model."
