"I'm disappointed—there's no bolt to secure the gear shifter at this price point; it's a scandal. I had to cancel my ride this weekend because the shifter is hanging loose. No response from customer service despite my request, and ProBikeShop+ is gone without any notice. Well, I guess we have to buy French, but the service needs to measure up to the competition."

"I received my new Saints brakes quickly to replace my seized SLX brakes and installed them right away. I bled the system because the lever was hitting the end of its travel on the handlebar. After bleeding, the performance wasn’t always great: the lever travel was too long. After doing some research online, I flushed some fluid through the closed-loop caliper to bring the pistons closer together. Since then, performance has been outstanding. After a very short break-in period, paired with my RT86 rotors, they brake incredibly hard on a very muddy trail (this is the NORTH). As for the price: well, that’s the price of quality ;-)"
