Designed for Singlespeed riding, the SPANK Spike Race 33 26" rear wheel combines a wide profile — for optimal traction and stability — with exceptional lightness for maximum speed.

The 32-hole hub provides rigidity to the entire wheel. For maximum reactivity when accelerating, the steel freehub body with 6 pawls and 3.5 degrees of engagement adds great dynamism and resistance under motor loads.

This wheel is made from Dynamal aluminium, a silicon and magnesium alloy offering mechanical properties comparable to carbon while displaying greater long-term resistance and a more affordable price.

The rim features the OohBah profile, which is both thinner in thickness and wider in width. The wave-shaped inner wall (MGR) reinforces the vertical walls of the rim for optimal reliability. Combining a concave outer wall with a convex inner tube, this profile delivers better traction with sharper acceleration, more decisive braking, more precise cornering and improved overall comfort.

Ideal for Tubeless Ready tyre mounting, the double-hook Anti-burp technology improves tyre fitting in the rim while the BeadBite concept ensures exceptional tyre retention and a perfect rim seal. You can ride at low pressure without fear of tyre burping!
