With a blend of easily digestible carbohydrates, proteins, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals, Rego Rapid Recovery is a complete recovery product ready for immediate consumption after exercise.

Successive training sessions can lead to depletion of carbohydrate reserves and dehydration. If recovery of muscle glycogen reserves and rehydration is not initiated immediately after exercise, the recovery process is delayed and performance in your next training session may be significantly reduced. It is therefore recommended to take 1-2 50-gram portions of SiS REGO Rapid Recovery immediately after each training session.
