Description

The ABUS AirBreaker 2.0 MIPS road helmet has been designed to meet the needs of the most demanding cyclists, where every second counts. Ultra-lightweight and featuring an elaborate aerodynamic design, it combines performance, comfort and safety. Its Aero Blade™ system with injected carbon fibers reduces air resistance while enhancing stability. The Acti Cage™ structure ensures maximum protection without compromising ventilation, allowing large openings to be exploited for a refreshing flow of air even in the most intense conditions.

Now equipped with MIPS® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) technology, the AirBreaker 2.0 offers enhanced safety in the event of a fall. This innovative system reduces the rotational forces transmitted to the brain during an oblique impact, adding an extra layer of protection without compromising the helmet's lightness or ventilation.

Optimized ventilation remains one of this model's strong points. Thanks to internal circulation channels and Eyebrow Intakes at the front, the head stays cool, whether in full sprint or on long climbs. Developed in collaboration with professional athletes, it retains the sporty, dynamic styling of the previous model, but with sharper lines and greater efficiency.

Comfort is ensured by the Zoom™ Spin system, which provides a millimetric fit compatible with long hairstyles, such as ponytails. Sewn-in, aerodynamic Flow Straps™ Pro reduce noise and offer a perfect fit without getting in the way. What's more, the floating, removable and washable padding guarantees a flexible, hygienic fit every time out.

Last but not least, theAirBreaker 2.0 MIPS has been designed with practicality in mind: its front support holds the goggles in place thanks to rubber grips, even at high speeds. For quick and easy use, the straps feature a high-quality FIDLOCK magnetic closure. Its In-Mold design and polycarbonate shell protect against impact and wear, making this helmet an ideal ally for cyclists seeking performance, advanced protection and lasting comfort.
