Description
The Sidi ERGO 6S is a racing shoe, and makes no apology for it: its sole has a stiffness index of 11 on the Sidi scale, which runs from 5 to 12. Everything is built around power transfer and foot retention at high intensity, with the Firmor™ lateral retention system running from the dials down to the sole: the foot does not move inside the shoe, even when out of the saddle.
Closure relies on two aluminium NUUN™ 001C dials, compact and profiled, directly connected to the Firmor structures. Two dials allow tension to be adjusted independently over the forefoot and instep — an adjustment impossible with a single dial. The upper is made from 1.2 mm premium microfibre, lightened by localised perforations, and the anatomical Unum Ergo tongue wraps the instep without any pressure point.
The sole is a full carbon R2FC with Nexus Bridge, with individual cleat position adjustment. The whole thing weighs 278 g. An important point when buying: the ERGO 6S uses the Millennium last, wider and more rounded at the toe than the historic Sidi last — if you had previously given up on the brand due to too narrow a fit, this is the model to try again. Dials, heel pad and insole are all replaceable. All-white remains the emblematic colour of the Italian road shoe, but it requires more regular upkeep.

How to take measurements:
- To choose the right size, measure your foot at the end of the day.
- Measure the distance between the tip of your big toe and the outermost part of your heel.
SIDI shoes run small. We recommend choosing one size larger than your usual shoe size.
