The ROCKSHOX BOXXER ULTIMATE CHARGER 3.2 RC2 fork was born of a radical paradigm shift: placing control at the heart of speed. Completely redesigned, it aims to eliminate hazards and reduce fatigue by isolating the rider from shocks and vibrations, while retaining a precise feel for the terrain. Predictability becomes a major asset in gaining grip, consistency and performance in competition.
At the heart of this evolution, the LinearXL air spring offers a fully linear, position-sensitive curve. Supple at the start of travel, firm in the middle, it incorporates a heel stop for mastered control at the end of travel. Combined with the AirAnnex system, it increases air volume in the legs to reduce excessive progressiveness and speed sensitivity. Breathing holes also optimize sensitivity throughout the stroke.
The Charger 3.2 RC2 cartridge, with independent high- and low-speed compression settings, delivers quiet, precise damping. ButterCups reduce high-frequency vibrations by up to 20% to reduce fatigue. ButterWagonTech technology ensures continuous lubrication of the bushings thanks to a matrix of micro-cavities, while low-adhesion SKF dust seals maximize smoothness. Its 38 mm frame, optimized for the DH World Cup, guarantees rigidity and precision without excessive deflection.
