Description
The ROCKSHOX VIVID COIL ULTIMATE RC2T D1 Shock Absorber highlights the precision and consistency of the coil spring for enduro, e-MTB and DH riding. Thanks to its kinematics, it combines remarkable sensitivity at the beginning of the stroke, balanced support mid-stroke, and a controlled end stroke via the adjustable bottom-out bumper ABO, guaranteeing predictable and effective behaviour on all terrain.
The RC2T cartridge with a 2-position lockout lever (Open/Firm) introduces a new main piston optimised to work with the Charger 3.2 cartridge of associated forks. It allows independent adjustment of high-speed compression (HSC) and low-speed compression (LSC), with intuitive dials and numbered graduations for quick and precise adjustments. A base valve reduces forces at the IFP to improve overall sensitivity without compromising grip.
Designed to offer total control, the ABO features five positions to customise damping over the final 20% of the stroke. The removable rebound knob also allows adjustment of high-speed compression and bottom-out management. The 20 adjustment clicks offer uniform rebound curves and a wide range of adaptation according to rider weight and riding style.
Designed for modern performance, the ROCKSHOX VIVID COIL ULTIMATE RC2T D1 Shock Absorber draws on the DNA of coil spring suspensions with a contemporary approach: simplified settings, consistent behaviour and compatibility with current standards thanks to a bearing adapter available for classic eyelets.
