Designed for the most committed riders, theROCKSHOX VIVID ULTIMATE DH RC2 LINEAR XL shock absorber with Trunnion binding is aimed at riders in search of performance and precision. Tested in extreme conditions, its LinearXL technology makes it a benchmark for downhill riding, offering smooth, consistent behavior. Its design ensures excellent terrain reading, with increased sensitivity at the start of a run and optimal control on fast sections.
The LinearXL air spring system faithfully reproduces the feel of a coil spring, combining initial suppleness, mid-stroke support and efficient end-of-travel management. The adjustable spring rate (ABO ) allows precise adjustment of compression over the last 20% of travel, guaranteeing perfect control of even the most violent impacts.
Featuring the RC2 cartridge, this shock absorber offers independent high-speed (HSC ) and low-speed (LSC) compression settings. Intuitive controls and numbered settings facilitate quick adjustments, for clear and effective customization to the rider's preferences.
Designed as a complete system, it works in perfect synergy with a BoXXer fork. Its optimized design reduces internal friction and improves traction, offering a stable, predictable and resolutely performance-oriented DH experience.
