In addition, the unique PURE CARBON rim finishing process uses no varnish, which further reduces the wheel’s weight while offering a sophisticated, minimalist design. The term“Hookless” refers to the shape of the rim flange, which in this case is straight, without the traditional hook. This design increases the impact resistance of carbon rim flanges and allows for inflation pressures of up to 5 bars.
