ERGON SM E-Mountain Core Prime M/L Women's Saddle CrMo Rails

The ERGON SM E-Mountain Core Prime saddle for women's is a very comfortable model offered by the German brand, suitable for hiking and sporting rides on an e-MTB. It is offered here in size M/L, which will suit female riders whose sit bone width ranges from 12 to 16 cm.

The ergonomics engineers at the German brand have taken into account the feedback frequently expressed by female mountain bikers, in order to design a saddle suited to their anatomy and the typical position used when riding an e-bike.

To reduce pressure on the genital area, which is the primary cause of discomfort on a bike for women, this saddle is widely open at the centre to relieve the most sensitive areas. The fairly wide nose describes a large V shape from the rear of the saddle, offering a wide support area around this opening. It is also more raised at the rear for great stability on climbs.

This saddle stands out with its central relief channel, hollowed out to maximise pressure relief in the perineal area by transferring loads onto the sit bones and pubic arch. Above all, it uses innovative padding Infinergy®, made up of thousands of foam particles, for maximum shock absorption and which immediately returns to its original shape. The saddle has the ability to adapt to all movements of the pelvis during pedalling, which considerably improves comfort.

In this version, the SM saddle is built around a double nylon shell mounted on sturdy chromoly rails. It is also covered with a microfibre coating.
