Description

The PROLOGO Dimension NDR Tirox Rails saddle is a unique model in the manufacturer's range, characterised by a very wide width (143 mm), a reduced length and a very short nose (30 to 35 mm shorter than classic models), all with the aim of offering a high level of comfort and performance, particularly for riders who are very sensitive in the perineal area.
It is fitted here with 3 mm NDR pads to reduce vibrations and friction. Thanks to its next-generation ergonomics, this saddle allows optimal distribution of the cyclist's weight, for unparalleled comfort, even over long distances.

On a technical level, the Dimension is built around an injected carbon fibre shell guaranteeing great lightness and excellent torsional resistance, and features foam padding offering optimal support without compromising pedalling performance, along with a highly durable microfibre cover.

In this version, it is fitted with Tirox rails, an aluminium and steel alloy offering very good rigidity and solid strength while remaining lightweight.

Uncomfortable saddle.

"Beautiful saddle. But much too hard for me....."

Karpov (2/5)

Very mixed

"Used on a velotaf only at a rate of 60 kms/day. The position on the bike really changes and is rather interesting. However, in terms of comfort, it didn't work for me, and the zone that's supposed to relieve the perineum even less so. I sold it after 15 days. So I bought a Selle Italia SLR".

Sit tight!

"After the age of 50, you're looking for a saddle that's more comfortable and avoids suppression of the perineum. I'd already bought this saddle for my cyclo x bike, so naturally I bought the same one for my road bike (I bought the white model, which is superb). The saddle is comfortable and quite wide at the back; I enjoy it very much when I have my hands at the bottom of the handlebars, even though my pelvis isn't very wide). The opening over the perineum channel takes the strain off this part of the cyclist's body. Finally, the quality/price ratio is excellent when you consider the stratospheric prices of other brands!"

Saddle

"Chrome rail, I would have preferred black. You couldn't see it in the photos".

Vata (4/5)

Prologo saddle

"Excellent saddle, and as usual, impeccable probike service. I wasn't convinced by the so-called "short" saddles, but this is a revelation after thirty years of cycling!!!!"

81pat (5/5)

PROLOGO saddle

"Short saddle requiring a few adjustments before finding the best comfort, especially on long rides."

Rayan79 (3/5)

Dimension NDR

"Once properly adjusted, no more pain in the urinary tract. I have two models, rais tirox, carbon, much stiffer carbon model. Easy aero position. Tirox mounted on semi-rigid mountain bike, carbon on road."

Jm13ian (4/5)

it's deka better but...

"After a few mountain bike rides, this saddle is already better than the one I had (the original from lapierre) but after 20kms, it starts to feel a bit uncomfortable, maybe due to the lack of reinforcement (gel) at the bottom of the saddle! hence the missing star . ."

Mcm1908 (4/5)

To be recommended.

"Very good support, comfortable, avoids pressure on the perineum."

Bill. C. (5/5)

A safe product!

"I was advised to buy this saddle to get back into cycling after a 15-year hiatus, and the least we can say is that the comfort is real and the quality is exceptional. What can I say except recommend it without hesitation. Thanks to Probikeshop for always selling products at the right price :)."
