Description
The Selle Italia Turbo 1980 is a faithful reissue of one of the most iconic saddles in the history of professional cycling. Launched in 1980, it was the very first saddle in the world to be shaped in a fully anatomical manner, accompanying the greatest champions during their victories at the Tour de France and the Classics.
Part of the Heritage collection, this 1980 version reproduces the original silhouette down to the millimetre, dressed in an elegant genuine black leather cover and flanked by the famous golden "Turbo" logos engraved on the sides and the nose. Mounted on sturdy FeC Alloy steel rails, it provides impeccable lumbar support and an inimitable vintage character, perfect for restoring a period racing bike, fitting a refined fixie, or a neo-retro project.
