It is therefore slightly heavier than the Trail casing, but it is more stable and offers better protection against punctures.

Schwalbe is rethinking the structure of MTB tires: instead of a traditional bias-ply construction, the threads are arranged at a more obtuse angle, allowing the tire to flex more selectively. As a result, it follows uneven terrain much better than a tire with a diagonal casing and maintains constant contact with the ground. The result: more traction, more comfort, and greater safety on the trail. Additionally, at the same air pressure, the contact patch increases by about 30%.
