Description

The SHIMANO GRX BL-RX820 left brake lever, paired here with the BR-RX820 front calliper, belongs to the 12-speed generation of the GRX RX820 range and targets single-chainring drivetrains. Optimised for this type of configuration, it provides only hydraulic braking, with ergonomics specifically designed for gravel and mixed terrain.

The hood adopts the aesthetic and functional features of the GRX range: a raised cover, textured surface and anti-slip coating on the brake lever enhance grip security, while the hood body has been optimised to integrate with flared handlebars. A reach adjustment system allows the distance between the lever and handlebar to be adjusted according to hand shape.

The BR-RX820 front calliper, with Flat Mount attachment, brings a new level of control thanks to SERVO WAVE technology: improved modulation and a faster pressure point increase braking precision, while 10% greater pad clearance reduces noise from disc contact. The One Way Bleeding system makes maintenance easier despite a more compact design than previous generations in the GRX range.
