Description

The SHIMANO GRX RX822 12-speed Rear Derailleur was developed to meet the growing popularity of Cyclo-cross and Gravel riding, and the significant constraints they place on derailleurs originally designed for road use.

It features a chain stabiliser with Shadow RD+ technology (derived from MTB) that prevents chain drops. A switch is located at the upper pulley and when activated, it holds the pivot more firmly and reduces judder.

This model designed for Single Chainring setups can be paired with a 51-tooth cassette sprocket for greater flexibility.
