Description

The SHIMANO GRX RX827 12V SGS rear derailleur is specially designed for modern gravel riding, where versatility and reliability are essential. Combined with a 10-51-tooth cassette, it offers a wide gear range, ideal for tackling both long climbs and fast descents. Thanks to its robust design and fully wireless transmission, it guarantees fast, precise and smooth gear changes, even on the most demanding terrain.

Built to withstand tough conditions, the RX827 features a wide-link structure, reinforced aluminum cage, solid rollers and skid-plate design. These elements ensure maximum durability while effectively protecting the derailleur from the impacts and deformations associated with rough trails.

A major innovation is the Automatic Impact Recovery function, which automatically returns the derailleur to its original position after an impact. Combined with SHIMANO SHADOW ES technology, a further development of the SHADOW RD+ chain stabilization system, it improves chain reliability and tension, for quieter, more stable pedaling.

Finally, the battery is integrated into a protected compartment, preventing any movement even on shaky terrain. Easy to remove for recharging, it contributes to an efficient, robust system perfectly suited to the challenges of today's gravel.
