Designed for 68/73 mm frames and 24 mm crank axles, the threaded bottom bracket SHIMANO Deore XT BB-MT801 BSA Hollowtech II threaded bottom bracket features even smoother, more sealed bearings than the previous generation.

The size of the bearings has also been revised to make them lighter.
