Description

The SHIMANO DEORE XT RD-M8100-SGS 12V rear derailleur is designed for the Deore XT 8100 range of 12-speed single-plate drivetrains, and especially for those who want high-performance equipment.

With the Shadow RD+ design, this derailleur is better protected from shocks and therefore offers greater durability. The angle is also optimized for a perfect chain line. What's more, ground clearance is higher for extra comfort on rough terrain, and tension is lower on the smallest gear for optimum efficiency.The rear Bump Stopper improves rider concentration by silencing derailleur noise in difficult conditions. This high-durability urethane bumper prevents chain slap by absorbing shocks between the B-link and the rear derailleur's B-tension adjustment screw.
