Probably good, but I'm a little disappointed
"As the title suggests, I'm a little disappointed. I bought this shifter to replace an XTR version that I thought was getting old (and very expensive), but after trying it out a few times, I didn't like how stiff it felt (it lacks smoothness and requires quite a bit of effort). Maybe it just needs a little breaking in. But for now, I’ve put my XTR shifter back on—it’s much more pleasant to the touch."
