Description

The SHIMANO XTR FH-M9210-B is a rear hub designed for 12-speed mountain bike drivetrains with a MICRO SPLINE freehub body. Its Boost 12x148 mm spacing design and thru-axle system provide a suitable base for modern builds, with drilling options available in 28 or 32 holes.

This hub features stainless steel cartridge bearings with preload adjustment. Combined with an optimised sealing design, they provide smooth rotation, good durability and easier maintenance. Operation is also optimised to limit freehub rolling resistance.

Thanks to its maximum engagement angle of 3.5 degrees, the FH-M9210-B improves responsiveness when setting off. DIRECT ENGAGEMENT technology promotes more direct power transfer, while the MICRO SPLINE body allows the use of a cassette with a 10-tooth smallest sprocket.
