"It's exactly what I expected—it works perfectly, and it's also a beautiful, lightweight piece."
"High-quality derailleur—I was pleasantly surprised; it looks great. No complaints."
"Works like a charm. I got this to replace an XT I couldn't find. Haven't noticed any difference—the XT is great. The only downside is the price :("
"After breaking my SLX derailleur in a crash, I wasn't sure how long it would take to get this product, given the supply situation in Asian countries. I ended up going with this XTR derailleur—admittedly three times as expensive—but I don't regret my choice. Installation and adjustment are incredibly simple, and what’s surprising is how smoothly the gears shift. It’s incredibly smooth both on flat terrain and on climbs. I recommend this product."
"When everything is properly adjusted (since it's very precise on a 12-speed system), it runs like clockwork and is a real pleasure to use. On the other hand, this is my second one because I’ve had issues with the derailleur cage getting “stuck” in the forward position (big sprocket position). You really need to avoid using a pressure washer or high water pressure when washing it, as I think it’s very sensitive! And finally, the carbon part of the derailleur hanger broke (during an impact)—it costs €100 per piece!—so I had to replace the whole thing. It’s a very good derailleur, as long as you take good care of it!"
"A very well-made product; it's sturdier than my old XT, and the shifting is smoother."
"Expensive, but so comfortable to use. It completely meets my expectations."
"Works great, shifts smoothly, and is pretty sturdy"
"I highly recommend this product—it's very responsive, and shifting gears is a breeze, both smooth and quick."
"Great XTR derailleur, top quality, and excellent shifting performance when paired with its XTR shifter..."
