The SHIMANO RT-MT900 disc is the most efficient disc ever produced by the Japanese brand for managing heat, thanks to clever ventilation fins distributed along the entire length of the disc.
Initially compatible only with the Groupesets XTR 9100, for Cross-Country and Enduro use, SHIMANO's triple-layer construction (stainless steel/aluminium/stainless steel) and cooling system lower the temperature by around 20°C compared with older-generation discs, while providing more powerful braking and extending the life of the discs.
