Description
The SHIMANO XTR SL-M9000 2/3-Speed Left Shifter is the front shifter for the XTR M9000 groupset, designed to operate 2- or 3-chainring front derailleurs without a mode converter. It uses RAPIDFIRE PLUS technology, combined with a ball-bearing construction for light, precise operation.
This shifter features INSTANT RELEASE and 2-WAY RELEASE functions, allowing shifts to be actuated by pulling with the index finger or pushing with the thumb. The polymer-coated inner cable reduces the effort required for each shift, for smoother drivetrain operation.
Compatible with I-SPEC II or I-SPEC B mounting depending on the brake lever used, this left shifter can be installed with a conventional clamp or integrated directly onto the brake lever for a cleaner cockpit.
