Description

The NORTHWAVE CELSIUS XC GTX MTB shoes are ideal for cross-country and marathon mountain biking enthusiasts who train during winter, even in mild climates. Made with a Pique Gore-Tex® membrane, these shoes keep feet warm and perfectly insulated while ensuring excellent breathability. An additional lining on the toe box reinforces thermal insulation, making them perfect for long winter rides.

Power transfer is optimised thanks to the Jaws Carbon Reinforced sole, which has a stiffness index of 8.0. The natural rubber heel provides exceptional grip on all types of surfaces, ensuring maximum efficiency during your MTB sessions. The shoe upper, with its overlap construction and innovative materials, wraps the foot evenly with no pressure points. The TPU reinforcements provide strategic 360° protection.

These MTB shoes feature an SLW3 closure system, which allows quick and intuitive millimetre-precise adjustment thanks to step-by-step unlocking. The Easyfit Climaflex collar combines the flexibility of the Gore-Tex Rattler® membrane with the thermal insulation of neoprene, ensuring both mobility and protection. The anatomical footbed and thermoformed heel counter provide optimal heel support, while the Arctic 4Layer insole in EVA, aluminium and fleece guarantees superior thermal insulation. For added safety, 360° reflective inserts improve visibility on the road.

How to take measurements:

- To choose the correct size, measure your foot at the end of the day.
- Measure the distance between the tip of the big toe and the outermost part of the heel.
If between two sizes:
- for a snug fit, go one size down.
- for a roomier fit, go one size up.
