The NORTHWAVE CELSIUS R ARCTIC GTX road shoes are designed for cyclists who do not give up training, even in the most extreme weather conditions. Fitted with the waterproof and windproof Koala Gore-Tex® membrane, they keep feet warm and perfectly insulated, even in cold weather, offering unrivalled protection against the elements.

Power transfer is optimised by the NRG Air Carbon Reinforced sole, with a stiffness index of 8.0, guaranteeing maximum efficiency with every pedal stroke. The shoe upper is built with an overlap construction that reduces aerodynamic drag by uniformly binding the foot, thus eliminating any pressure points and cancelling energy dispersion. The reinforced toe cap in anti-abrasion material ensures increased durability.

These shoes also feature an innovative closure system, the SLW2 dial, which allows millimetric adjustment and step-by-step release, for quick and intuitive fitting. The Easyfit Climaflex collar, combining the flexibility of the Gore-Tex Rattler® membrane and the thermal insulation of neoprene, ensures optimal mobility and protection. The anatomical footbed and thermoformed heel counter guarantee a perfect heel hold, while the Arctic 4Layer insole in EVA, aluminium and fleece offers exceptional thermal insulation. For increased safety, the 360° reflective inserts provide optimal visibility on the road.
