The SHIMANO RC302 Road shoes for women are designed to surpass road cycling performance.

The lacing path and BOA® closure system ensure balanced forefoot comfort. Moreover, the integrated midsole and upper construction offer an unrivalled level of fit, stability and performance while remaining lightweight. The low-stack midsole promotes foot stabilisation, optimises power transfer and improves pedalling efficiency.

The wraparound upper structure reduces overlaps, offering a glove-like fit. Furthermore, the construction is more responsible, with 36% recycled mesh used for the upper and midsole, contributing to a more sustainable approach. Specially designed for women, these shoes ensure a natural fit and enhanced comfort. The synthetic leather upper, featuring a micro-perforated structure, ensures good ventilation and an optimal fit. Finally, the lightweight nylon outsole, reinforced with glass fibres, allows improved power transfer for maximum performance.
