Description
The Shot Iris 2.0 goggles sit in the mid-range of Shot goggles, between the entry-level Assault 2.0 and the top-tier Core. They are EN 1938 certified, the European standard certifying eye protection against flying debris in off-road riding.
The difference from the Assault 2.0 comes down to two key points. The hypoallergenic foam here is triple-density, compared to single-density on the Assault — offering significantly superior comfort and sweat absorption on long rides. And the lens features an anti-fog and anti-scratch iridium finish, with a finishing logo, whereas the Assault comes with a clear lens. The semi-rigid frame and the enlarged field of vision are shared across both ranges, with an integrated tear-off post for muddy conditions.
The 50 mm adjustable strap features a wide central silicone strip to keep it firmly in place on the helmet. The goggles come with a protective pouch. The Tech design in glossy purple is one of the most original colourways in the range.
