SIDI RAVIX XC/Gravel MTB Shoes Black

The Sidi RAVIX shoe is the Italian manufacturer's top-of-the-range offering for gravel and cross-country. Its philosophy: bringing the precision fit of a road shoe to off-road use, without compromising on protection or ground grip.

This starts with the closure: two NUUN™ 001C aluminium dials, the same as on the ERGO 6S road shoe, allowing tension to be adjusted independently over the forefoot and the instep. A high-density TPU instep insert distributes pressure and stabilises the foot, and a heel counter completes the retention. The upper combines a supple microfibre with ripstop reinforcements on the toe and quarters — precisely the areas that take the most impact from stones and branches.

The sole is a GR1CC composite carbon with a stiffness index of 8 on the Sidi scale, which runs from 5 to 12. That is three notches above the LIINEA: the RAVIX is aimed at riders who prioritise efficiency, even at the cost of walking comfort. Its outsole contains 25% recycled rubber, with dedicated grip zones and added bumpers — a materials approach still rare in this segment. 2-bolt SPD cleat mounting on a 4-hole plate with independent adjustment, removable Millennium insole. Dials, instep insert, cleat plate and insole are all replaceable. Black finish — the most discreet and the least prone to showing dirt in wet conditions.
