Flee, you fools

"After only 1 month of use, the shifter was already showing a reliability problem. The head of the cable ended up coming out of its place at the lever and damaging the cable. So I bought a new cable and changed it. A dozen outings later, it's the same thing again, with the whole device broken. I don't understand why there's a groove in the middle of the cable head, and if there's the slightest problem, the cable comes out through the groove and breaks everything around it. Clearly a design error. Not to mention the brakes, which claim to be "disc brakes", but which apart from squeaking don't do much. It's not possible to offer this level of quality. It's a malpractice, and at this price? Get this model out of your range, and fast. You've accustomed me to better in the 10 years I've been with you. Maybe it's time you took a look at the competition."

"6months later the sram importer sent back two new levers once again openly saying that there were many problems with the lower range."
