Difficult to fix.
"It was really hard to adjust, so I had to take it to a specialty store. But once it was properly adjusted, it was just like the X9 I had before."

"It was really hard to adjust, so I had to take it to a specialty store. But once it was properly adjusted, it was just like the X9 I had before."
"Works perfectly—no more need for a chain guide with a single chainring"
"I just bought this derailleur, but I'm having a problem—I put it on and took it off right away,I don’t understand—the gears shift down and up fine, except that the top part of the derailleur hanger and the pulley are touching the last two cogs on my 10-46 cassette. What should I do? Is it a bad adjustment or is the derailleur not compatible?"
"I recommend this high-quality, reliable, and accurate product"
"Works perfectly; it seems more reliable than the first one I ordered, which must have been defective since it broke after just a few uses."
"Bought to replace my SRAM X9 (original long chainring with 3 chainrings, previously replaced with a 2-chainring setup); had to remove a link (2 cm difference in chainring length)"
"After an SRAM X7 that broke after 500 km, I'd already had a GX that went through a lot (mud, off-road trails, ice, hay. . . ) and really lasted 2,000 km. The only catch was that I had to repair/tinker with the tension screw because it kept bending with each ride. That part seems to have been modified on the new GX I received, and it works perfectly. It’s a sturdy derailleur that handles anything—a bit heavy, but unless you’re a perfectionist or a world champion, it gets the job done."
"It's a great replacement for my 10-speed SRAM X7—it installs perfectly and does the job. For the price, it's flawless."
"I haven't had time to test it thoroughly because of the lockdown, but make no mistake—it's an excellent derailleur. Especially when jumping, it doesn't rattle."
"I bought this derailleur to replace an old SRAM X7 that was getting worn out and had a lot of play. It's a bit heavier but looks sturdy, and the cage lock is really handy for removing and reinstalling the wheel. Precise adjustments that were quick to make for my setup, which includes GX shifters and new housing/cable. Probike’s service was top-notch, as always."
